Refund policy

Returns :                                                                                                                                          You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 
Items must be returned unworn. undamaged, and in their original packaging.        Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once worn. 

Faulty or Damaged Items :                                                                                                             If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

 

How to Return :
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.                                                                                           Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds :
Once we've received and inspected the items you've returned, we'll notify you with an outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (This is dependant on processing times, I cannot speed up this process unfortunately)
